In partnership with Queens Workforce 1, ACANY will hold a hiring event on Thursday, June 13 from 10AM to 4PM.

Advance Care Alliance (ACA) is a new and exciting Care Coordination Organization (CCO) providing community-based services and support to people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in NYC, Long Island, & The Lower Hudson Valley.

All you need to qualify as a Care Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.

All you need to qualify as a Care Manager Supervisor: 

  • Bachelor's degree with at least two (2) years’ experience working with I/DD community or other related fields (1 of the 2 years must be providing Care Management as MSC or other related Case Management) OR  2 years supervisory experience supporting individuals with I/DD or related field (e.g. Child Welfare/Behavioral Health).
